Stone is calculated: length X width X depth/27 X 1.5 (also refer to our interactive calculator). We also recommend that you order extra stone in case there are any miscalculations.
- Do I need any laborers to receive the material?
Not necessarily, but it is HIGHLY recommended. These laborers can assist in backing the truck in, instruct the operator of depth and exact placement areas and help in the fine grading. It also helps if there is grade pins and/or a laser level to check grades.
- How many tons can Stone Shooters carry per truckload and how does it take?
Stone Shooters, Inc. trucks can haul 20 tons of materials per truckload and can offload in approximately 15-25 minutes.
